I am about to begin my 3rd session of BOOT CAMPS FOR LIFE.  I can remember telling friends and family prior to my first day that I'd only be doing it once.  I merely wanted to prove to myself that I could do it.  I was so pleased with the results I signed up again... and now again!  I've never considered myself to have much upper body strength.  However, before the end of the 1st session I could see a difference.  In addition to more upper body strength the sessions have helped strengthen my lower back; which has ultimately led to improved posture.  I would strongly encourage others to try it for themselves.  Like the name implies...BOOT CAMPS FOR LIFE...it will change the way you approach life in regards to nutrition and exercise.

Jan. 2006) and pre-qualified members of several networking organizations.  We have been serving our clients with a comprehensive program that is unique to Boot Camps for Life.  Our equipment has been designed and manufactured by us with a unique quality that is now a "signature" in our marketing and corporate identity.   Our ads and logos are well recognized in the community and will continue to represent us as we grow. There are at least TWO copycat companies attempting to "hijack" that identity; violating copyright laws against our company and web-site as well as against other web-sites. 

Copycat companies are just that, a copy of the original. Most claim to be the same as the original, but never are.

Health Notes...

FACT:  More than 60% of Americans are overweight.

The Centers for Disease Control says Americans are the heaviest since the government started keeping records.

Too many of us consume too much and exercise too little.

Heart disease, sleep apnea, and diabetes are only some of the risks associated with being overweight.

Here are some tips from Boot Camps for Life:

1)  Take the first step!  Make the decision to start a change. 

2) Follow through on that decision.  Clean out your cupboards of all items that will sabotage your effort.

3)  Go natural!  Make a list of all vegetables and fruits you like.  Then, stock up on those items.  Make them visible and easily available in your home.

4)  Eat lean meats, and lots of fish!

5)  Join our boot camp!!  Start commiting yourself to a fitness program that will provide structure and real results!
